How far in advance should I book the event transfer? +
For weddings and corporate events in high season — from June to September — we recommend booking several months in advance. Fleet and chauffeur availability on a specific date is one of the most requested resources in those months. The earlier you book, the better the operational guarantee.
How much does a wedding transfer in Ibiza cost? +
The price depends on the number of guests, the number of vehicles required, the hours the service covers and the complexity of the operation. Send us the event details — date, approximate number of people, ceremony and reception locations, hotel or accommodation of the guests — and we will send a closed proposal.
Do you coordinate directly with the wedding planner? +
Yes. When there is an assigned wedding planner, the transport communication happens between the office and them to avoid crossed communications. The couple stays informed of whatever they want to know, but the operational details are resolved through that channel.
Is there a minimum number of guests or vehicles to book? +
There is no formal minimum. For small groups, our hourly private chauffeur service or a single transfer may fit better. The event transfer service makes sense when there are several coordinated vehicles, parallel pickups or simultaneous mobility of guests from different points.
What happens if the ceremony is delayed or the event runs longer? +
Delays at weddings are the norm, not the exception. We work with built-in margins in every leg of the service to absorb reasonable delays without affecting the rest of the plan. If the event extends beyond the scheduled time, we extend the service on the go and the operation is adjusted with the client or the wedding planner.
How do you handle the pickups at the end of the party? +
Late-night wedding pickups are usually staggered: some guests leave early and others stay until the end. We offer several options based on the needs of the event. One car (or several) making round trips between the party and the hotels for several hours, picking up guests as they leave. It is defined with the client or with the wedding planner before the event.
What is the event cancellation policy? +
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before. Between 7 and 4 days before, 20% is retained; between 4 and 2 days, 50%; and within the 48 hours before, the amount is non-refundable.
